The ruling autocratic regime in Tehran doesn’t change. Yesterday early morning another two political prisoners were mercilessly executed. Behrouz Ehsani and Mahdi Hassani were sentenced in clearly politically motivated and manipulated sham trials. Their execution touched me personally, as I was their symbolic patron. I have raised their cases and tried to shine light on their fates. Not even an open call by the entire European Parliament could move the mullahs in Tehran. Unfortunately more trials and executions of innocent people are likely as the regime tries to show strength. Let us remember the fates of Behrouz Ehsani, Mahmoud Hassani and many others. There is no place for foul compromises with this Iranian regime.Kopírovat text
