Eighty years on, its words still hold. On behalf of 🇨🇿, I had the honour of signing the #UNCharter. First and foremost, the Charter is an aspirational text — our North Star to guide us through the troubled waters of today’s international politics. But it is also a covenant of timeless principles that every member state has pledged to uphold, among them the sovereign equality of states and respect for territorial integrity.
