It's clear that treatment of Russian deserters abroad is highly problematic, incl. security aspect. But Refugee Conv. & EC Law have relevant provisions and if decisions on asylum are challenged, it will be up to courts guaranteeing the rule of law (not like in Russia) to decide. https://t.co/S6QD3Kplyn
