The eve of Holy Week. People were walking around the city. At least 21 people are confirmed dead. More than fifty are injured. Partners. Allies. Friends. Fellow speakers, presidents of parliaments, parliamentarians. In all corners of the world. Together we must stop this terror. Terrorist putin and every russian terrorist must be punished in full for all the pain they have caused Ukrainians. For all the deaths. For all the injuries. For all the destruction. For all the evil.
