During my working visit to Taiwan, I was welcomed by Taiwan’s Minister of Economic Affairs, Ming-Hsin Kung. I am pleased that this meeting once again confirmed Czechia’s strong reputation in Taiwan and that our bilateral relations are delivering concrete results. These include the planned expansion of direct flights between Prague and Taipei, new investments flowing into Czechia, particularly in the semiconductor sector, as well as the further development of pragmatic economic and scientific cooperation. It is also encouraging that bilateral trade exceeded CZK 68 billion in 2024.Kopírovat text
