On the basis of a Czech proposal, EU ministers imposed sanctions on ten Russian nationals. All of them are directly involved in brutal repression and grave human rights violations. Among those sanctioned is the management of the Taganrog prison, where Ukrainian 🇺🇦 journalist Viktoriia Roshchyna was tortured to death.
