My first day in Quintana Roo, Mexico 🇲🇽 is over. It was focused on tackling the challenge of sargassum.
This shows the Global Gateway in action. Every year, hundreds of thousands of tonnes of sargassum seaweed reach the coast, affecting tourism, fisheries, and ecosystems across the region.
