✅ €5 billion flexible guarantee with EIB
This new instrument enables the EIB to de-risk clean energy, green infrastructure and SME investments outside the EU, supporting up to €10 billion in high-impact projects, including in fragile markets.
Its flexibility broadens access to affordable finance and accelerates Global Gateway implementation.
