In times like these, developing reliable partnerships is more important than ever. During my recent mission to Central Asia, I personally witnessed the potential to build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships between the EU and Central Asian countries. Through our Global Gateway Strategy, we are investing in areas such as critical raw materials, digital connectivity, sustainable energy, and modern infrastructure, and through that developing cooperation that brings tangible benefits for both Central Asia and Europe. The whole region of Central Asia holds significant promise to become our important partner in securing Europe's economic resilience and diversifying trade routes.
