Tashkent — the last stop of my mission. Uzbekistan is a country with a fast-growing economy, a young population, and high ambitions. Over the next two days, I will work to promote our 🇪🇺 Global Gateway Strategy and unlock the full potential of our cooperation. I started my programme with a meeting with Minister @FM_Saidov. We discussed the key topics that will be at the center of my visit here: 🔹 Digital connectivity — to ensure high-speed internet reaches all regions, supporting economic growth, innovation, and access to modern services. 🔹 Critical raw materials — to build secure and sustainable supply chains for technologies essential to the green and digital transition. 🔹 Sustainable energy — to help drive the green transition, reduce emissions, and ensure long-term energy security. 🔹 Transport infrastructure — to improve trade links and regional connectivity, creating new opportunities for businesses and people.Kopírovat text
