Just like in Ashgabat and Astana, my day here in Dushanbe was full of meetings focused on strengthening EU–Tajikistan cooperation under the Global Gateway Strategy. With President Emomali Rahmon, we discussed how to advance renewable energy, especially hydropower, to secure clean electricity for millions of people and position Tajikistan as a regional energy exporter. I also met with Deputy PM Usmonali Usmonzoda, Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin and Minister of Energy Daler Juma. Together, we explored ways to boost regional trade and invest in modern infrastructure to better connect Tajikistan with its neighbours and global markets.Kopírovat text
