Good morning from Astana! Kazakhstan is one of our closest partners in Central Asia — and an important country for our🇪🇺 Global Gateway Strategy. This partnership has a great potential to strengthen both Europe and Central Asia, creating real opportunities for trade, green energy, and digital innovation. Since the early morning, my agenda has been packed with high-level meetings to advance our joint work. Together with minister foreign affairs Murat Nurtleu, we focused on: ✅ Strengthening supply chains for critical raw materials — essential for Europe’s green and digital transitions. ✅ Expanding renewable energy and green technologies to support Kazakhstan’s own modernization. ✅ Developing faster, more secure trade routes via the Trans-Caspian Corridor — a game-changer for connecting Europe and Asia. ✅ Improving digital connectivity to boost opportunities for businesses and citizens alike. Kazakhstan’s role as a strategic partner is very more important for us and we want to deliver mutually beneficial results that will contribute to new opportunities, sustainable growth, economic security and a resilient future for both regions.Kopírovat text
