Good morning from Ashgabat! After an overnight flight, I arrived with my team at the first stop of our Central Asia mission. Ahead of me are meetings with the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedow, as well as representatives of the government. The main topic is clear – the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor, our Global Gateway flagship project. Why is this project so important for both Europe and the entire Central Asian region? It’s simple: ✅ It will help diversify trade routes between Asia and the EU ✅ It will shorten the trade route between the EU and Asia to just 15 days ✅ It will open new opportunities, create jobs, boost trade, and strengthen our partnership This is a perfect example of win-win cooperation between Europe and our partners.Kopírovat text
