Good afternoon from Warsaw! I’ve just arrived here for the 🇪🇺 Foreign Affairs Council on Development under the Polish Presidency. This meeting takes place at a crucial time for international development policies, when countries around the world are looking for reliable, stable partners like the EU. We should use this momentum to strengthen our global partnerships. That’s my role as Commissioner for International Partnerships - to advance mutually beneficial cooperation with our partners through the Global Gateway Strategy. To succeed, we must build a strong Team Europe by pooling the resources and expertise of EU institutions, Member States, European companies, and financial institutions.
