Security. The main theme of the Polish Presidency is now more important for Europe than ever. Together with my colleagues from the European Commission, we met in 🇵🇱 Gdańsk with representatives of the Polish government to discuss measures to enhance EU security. 🔹 Economic Security At the core of my portfolio is Global Gateway, the EU’s strategy focused on strengthening Europe’s economic security. Ensuring access to critical raw materials is essential for modernizing European industry and reducing dependency on unstable suppliers. 🔹 Stability A strong Europe needs a stable partner countries. That’s why Global Gateway supports their sustainable economic development, contributing to regional stability – and ultimately reinforcing the security of the entire EU.
